PDFTools is an application suite that allows you to manage your PDF files. This little application might come really handy to people who are constantly working with PDF files and need to manage them. Once the application has been installed, you can run it and it will display the main window. This portal is divided into all the functions that the application has to offer. PDFTools allows you to Encrypt and Decrypt PDF files; that is to say, to password-protect (among other security features) your files so that they stay protected. The opposite, PDF Decryption, does, well, exactly the opposite. There are also other features which make it easy to use your files. You can merge or split your PDF files, which is a really useful option when you have several files that you want united, but can't waste the time to do it manually. This application boasts a little, but powerful, PDF converter which converts your XML files to PDF in a snap. Although this isn't the most complete application of the sort, the many features it integrates really make it easy to manage PDF files, and the best of all, this is a free application. |
